Each home in our portfolio is given our unique four-touch process. It begins with our post-guest check-out inspections and followed-up by our dedicated highly trained cleaning team. Then we perform cleaning inspections conducted by our Housekeeping Manager. The final, and most important step, are the inspections conducted by our Property Managers. This confirms that every guest walks into a crisp, on-point property that is ready for their arrival. This is why we have maintained an industry high review rating across our entire portfolio.
