Atlantis

The house was perfect for our group. The 14 of us were not on top of each other. Location was steps to the beach. The house was very clean. We only had a few minor issues with the tv and pool heat during the stay but those were quickly resolved by maintenance, even at 9pm. This property is highly recommended.

This is our second year traveling to the panhandle for a multifamily spring break vacation and our first experience with 850Vacations. 5 families (20 occupants). The house was PERFECT and the responsiveness of the management company was the cherry on top! Located toward the end of a quiet court and a short walk to a public beach access with bathrooms, showers and a ramp for wagons. The main floor kitchen overlooking the pool made it easy to prep meals while still being able to keep an eye on swimmers. Ice machine was a bonus for drinks and coolers as well as a second fridge for any overflow items. Kitchen was adequately stocked with basics. Photos don't do the outside area justice, they've added three polywood style tables with seating for 8 including one umbrella and some nice cushioned seating under the awning. Wagon and 7 beach chairs provided but be sure to bring beach/pool towels. During our stay we had a few small maintenance issues (dead battery in a smoke detector, smart TV issue and a broken piece of safety equipment in the hot tub), Adam was extremely prompt in both his responses to our texts as well as resolving the issue. Each time he was kind and professional. Working with Ellen via phone and email to book, make payments and answer any questions prior to arrival was wonderful. We will most certainly return to 850 vacations for our next trip.

“We booked our stay here for my grandmothers surprise 85th birthday. With 4 of her children, 9 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren this property comfortably accommodated us all. It is located really close to the beach and if sand isn’t your thing the pool can be enjoyed as well. The golf cart was a really fun option as well. All in all, no major complaints. This house accommodated 23 people easily for our family vacation. Each bedroom had its own en-suite bathroom, so getting ready each morning was easy for every family. The pool was lovely, the beach was a quick walk down the road, the golf cart was convenient for getting all our beach gear to & from the beach. There is a public parking lot at the beach directly across from our street, with showers for rinsing. There is ample food, shopping & activities near by. We all enjoyed our stay in this rental. I would rent again if the opportunity presented itself.

Our vacation consisted of 23 people ranging in ages from 4-70!! This house fit us all easily. Every bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom, which made getting ready easy for every family. The pool was lovely, the beach was a short walk down the road, the golf cart was convenient in getting all the beach gear to & from the beach. There is a public parking lot at the beach right across the road from our street, which made rinsing off easy before returning to the house. There is ample food, shopping & activities nearby which made this location ideal for the group we were traveling with! Would rent again if the opportunity presented itself.

Our stay at Atlantis couldn’t have been more perfect. The house is beautiful, plenty of amenities and stocked well with dishes. The refrigerator on the main floor is small but the second refrigerator on the third floor helped although inconvenient. We look forward to renting this house again.

Property is about a block from the beach and two blocks from a beach bar, golf cart is included (and there is golf cart parking at the beach) and each bedroom has its own bathroom. Maintenance person Koy shared his number and was SO helpful throughout our trip with questions. Bring your own beach chairs, beach towels, and blackout curtains if you need it to be dark to sleep, but kitchen gear and bath towels are a plenty. HIGHLY recommend!

House was only a block from the beach with golf cart included. Communication before and during stay was helpful, and was able to check in early. Only things that were not great were the blinds allowed a lot of light in (could use curtains over them), 

Thank you for hosting our work planning session for 7 team members. Great house, pool and whirlpool. Wonderful location right off beach close to great bars within walking distance. 8 bedrooms and 9 baths perfect.

5 families stayed here, location was awesome, close to beach and shops, we had an issue with the pool but it was fixed quickly and boy did the kids enjoy it. No one had issues while at this home, would definitely do it again.

We rented "Atlantis" in Miramar Beach and it was perfect. The house, pool, hot tub and furnishings were absolutely wonderful and the golf cart was over the top. Would recommend highly and hopefully we will be able to rent again at a future date.

This home was great for our big group. Everyone was very comfortable and enjoyed having their own bathroom. House had many toys for beach or pool as well as chairs for the beach. Golf cart was great for trips to beach, stores and restaurants. Will definitely stay again.

The house was GREAT. The only thing I would add is more kitchen towels and wash cloths and a couple oven mitts.

The Atlantis was perfect for our family of 18! A close walk to the private beach entry, the spacious bedrooms & kitchen, the beautiful pool & the fun & convenient golf cart! Ellen & our maintenance contact Koy were always very responsive & pleasant. I highly recommend the Atlantis home!

This house handled all 28 of us very well…16 grand kids and 12 adults. The accommodations were very nice. We especially enjoyed the pool and utilizing the golf cart. A couple of things need to be looked at but all said, the whole family enjoyed themselves. We did call for maintenance a couple of times and they were very responsive. Thanks for adding to our family memories !

This house was super nice. First off we arrived about and hour early and since the house was finished being clean we were able to check in a little early so that was super nice! Everyone at the 850 Vacations communicated great with us. We had a couple issues with the pool and hot tub but it was fixed within a day and everyone kept up with communication. One of the bunks broke on the 3rd floor but Koy was right over to fix it. The property had a lot of space and loved the fact everyone had their own bathroom. The hot tub and pool were really nice too and pool was somewhat heated so it wasn’t freezing when we got in.golf cart was super accommodating as well. Beach was maybe a 1-2 minute drive away. Everything was great and would definitely rent again!

The best part: the property managers being responsive to our requests, great communication, they checked in on us to make sure we had everything we needed. This is 1st class service. About the house: This was the perfect vacation home. So much room in the backyard to play in & around the heated pool & hot tub. Each family had their own private bathroom. Kids had so much fun in the bunk beds. Living area is definitely large enough for everyone to sit comfortably and socialize. So close to the beach with private access is wonderful.

As advertised. We loved our stay for the week. 25 people and plenty of space for everyone. Quick walk to beach and the pool/hot tub were amazing to relax in. 6 seater golf cart was key as well for transportation purposes. Great location by bar/restaurants and grocery stores.

This property was absolutely perfect for our family of 25 to celebrate! It’s comfortable and great for a big group with lots of couples. The game room was great for the kids to have their own space. The golf cart was a huge bonus for getting back and forth to the beach. Only mention would be that the next door neighbor blared music at 6am over the fence. We were respectful of quiet hrs as much as possible with a group that size. 850 was so easy to work with and responsive as well.

This property was well setup and the design work is beautiful. With the size of our group, everyone had their own room and own bathroom! So perfect. The pool was heated perfectly, and hot tub was amazing! With a 10 min walk to the beach (or 3 min golf cart ride), secluded street with no traffic, it was truly peaceful!

This house was perfect for our group of 19. The house is beautiful, well equipped for multiple families. The multiple king bedrooms and bathrooms in every room were greatly appreciated. The beach access close to the house was closed for construction so the hike to the beach was a little longer, but we spent most of our time in the pool anyway. We had a couple of maintenance issues that were taken care of very quickly. As the coordinator of this little reunion, I was happy to receive continuous praise for my choice of rentals. Thanks for making me look good!! We would definitely come back and stay again.

Our family really enjoyed the house. Pictures are accurate. A suggestion for the owners.....New grill. The outdoor kitchen is nice, and has a large gas grill, but we could only get 1 of the 5 burners to light.

All I can say is that the pics didn’t do this place justice. There is so much space and you don’t feel crowded. The lady that we dealt with at 850 was soooo sweet and made everything so easy for us. Thank you guys so much ! We will go through you guys again and stay here

Nice home, living room furniture could use some cleaning. Maintenance response was timely.. Use of the golf cart was great and house is located close to the beach. Would definitely recommend.

This is an exquisite property and was absolutely perfect for our group. The private beach is a short walk from the house. We enjoyed the beach by day and the swimming pool/hot tub at night. We had a few minor issues with the house, but Sean (maintenance) was quick to respond and fixed everything in a prompt manner-an area close to the house was struck by lightning our first night there so the internet, hot tub and golf cart charging outlet all went out in the storm. Sean responded within 30 minutes of our call to him. We will definitely be returning to this house!

Fantastic place to stay. Number of bedrooms worked perfectly for our family of 28. Distance to ocean was perfect. Pool area was a great place for people to hang out. Only suggestion is maybe to have a broom availability in the closet

The house was very nice. Our family enjoyed their time there. Plenty of room to spread out. We did wish that the patio table had a large umbrella.

We had a great time at The Atlantis Home. It met our expectations in all aspects! Very roomy, the perfect floor plan for our group of 16. Great location! The pool was exceptional! Golf cart was very handy! Two small incidences handled very quickly! Only thing that was missing was a mop! Hope to return, and will definitely check into your other homes! Thank you Ellen for all your assistance in making our family vacation a success!

Our crew LOVED this house. It was the perfect size for all 18 of us. The ONLY thing we would change is comfier beds....some of the beds were great but a few very hard. Other than that we seriously loved it. We have happy memories of this place watching the kids swim, catching lizards, running around playing and all of us enjoying the hot tub!! It was so close to the beach and some truly wonderful restaurants. We are so grateful to have been able to stay at this beautiful home!!!

I cannot say enough about this house. It was very clean and comfortable. The set up was perfect for a large family gathering. It had everything you could need in the kitchen. The pool and hot tub were fantastic and got plenty of use. Easy walk to beach directly across the street and if you didn’t want to walk they provided a six person golf cart. We will definitely book this house again!

Wow!! Atlantis is a dream!!!! My 18-member family left this morning and we could not have picked a better place to celebrate my mom‘s 80th birthday. We wrote all of this in the guest book of course, but I'll write it here too! We feasted in the beautiful kitchen/dining area, sang, danced, played pool in the game room, swam in 90 degree pool water even though it was February and cold outside ... still, it was so enjoyable! We took Santa hats so we could take a picture on one of the awesome balconies for what will be our Christmas card this coming year! There was plenty of space for everyone to watch a tribute video comfortably in the great room. We had Emerald Coast Shrimp Boil bring in food for us one night and another night we grilled 18 T-bones on the grill in the convenient outdoor kitchen. The rooms were big and beautiful! The decor everywhere in the house was top notch and every room had a gorgeous bathroom with a beautiful shower area. The bunk room beds were super comfortable, too! So many happy memories were made here and we didn't even need the beach. Buffalo Jack's Pizzas and Wings are highly recommended for the night of arrival. The golf cart was also a highlight! Everyone loved this place, adults and kids! They even had a beach wagon full of toys for little guests to use. As we said in the book, we hope to come back one day and relive some of these wonderful memories. Also, Ellen was a large part of why the trip went so well! She was extra attentive. Truly exceptional rental and great experience for all 18 of us! Thank you, Atlantis!!

The service and maintenance was great! We had a great time. Everything was clean and tidy, and the pool was great. There was plenty of room for our group of 14.

House was great! Plenty of room for everyone. Ellen and Daniel were fabulous and very responsive. Spent my 50th birthday here with a group of besties and even weathered hurricane Sally while we were there. Location is perfect and golf cart makes getting everything to the beach much easier. Would definitely stay here again.

The house was perfect, and everything that we were looking for. Miramar Beach is beautiful, and the location was so nice. Not enough good things to say about this space, especially for the large group we brought. Like 8 full master bedrooms with their own bathroom? Pool table and kitchenette on the third floor offers a nice spot to hang out with a nice big balcony. The size of the living room, dining room table, and kitchen was a huge perk, and let us all comfortably spread out, and we had 20 people. The pool was a perfect size, and was a perfect sitting area for the large group. Grill and outdoor fridge were especially nice to have access to, but the best part was the location to the beach. 5 minute walk just up the street, and I thought it would be impossible to find such a big house that close to the beach. Highly recommend, and wouldn't be surprised to see us return.

Our 2 families all agreed we plan on staying here again! Location was amazing/perfect. We checked on prices for houses located directly ON the beach - and we all agreed that especially considering the golf cart comes with this property rental - it’s NOT worth the significant price jump to get a property on the beach considering close proximity this home is to beach. The golf cart made our beach trips with a large group so convenient and easy. What a nice touch! And layout of this home for a large group was the best we’ve seen. Basically EVERY room is a master bedroom. Every room having a nice bathroom is big plus, and although our group only had 14 - and didn’t need extra beds…having the double/full size bunk rooms provides so much extra sleeping space for a larger group had we needed them. We do have a few minor suggestions I’d like to pass on that would have made the property absolutely perfect and a little more convenient for our family and future renters. But I want to say ~ these suggestions weren’t enough for us to lower or change our review by any means …moreover, we’d stay here again without these changes! But we knew it was valuable feedback bc with us being vacation property owners also, we always appreciate and value this type of feedback. But these suggestions below should NOT make anyone hesitate renting this property if you’re considering this property . It’s by far the best beach property with the best location at this price point we’ve ever rented…and we travel and rent properties on a regular basis. Suggestions: * Hooks for beach towels (we have several of these inside and outside our lake property and our renters are so grateful) * Hooks for bath towels (only a couple bathrooms had hooks for bath towels… most of them didn’t) * Extra hook in bathrooms for robes or toiletry bags * More kitchen Tupperware and containers with lids (cooking for groups that large, you’re going to have lots of leftover food.) * More kitchen utensils and/ or double check utensils and kitchen contents are fully stocked before each new renter. * Since temp is programmed to not to go lower than 69 degrees - provide box fans for each room upstairs since it’s often hard to cool upstairs in a large home, especially if people are opening doors and coming in and out * memory foam mattress toppers - I can only speak for the beds on first level. And they weren’t too comfortable . Us couples sleeping on the first level had back aches. But the house was so great it was ok ”

This is a great property for a large group - 8 separate bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Plenty of community space too with a large pool and outdoor grill. We had a fabulous time and would definitely stay there again!
We had a great time - thanks for providing such a great house at a very reasonable cost! It was even pretty easy to practice social distancing because we had the pool!
