This brand newly remodeled 30a beach home is packed with all of the luxury and amenities you could want.
Coconut Castle features 4 King Suites and a Queen bedroom along with a queen sofabed in the living room. A custom built additional living and entertainment features top off the must have features for any beachside home.
Enjoy a short 3 minute walk to the beach or use the included Golf Cart to take your items to the beach or for a ride down 30a. Within close proximity to both Gulf Place and Sandestin makes Coconut Castle convenience a must have! Situated on a oversized double lot you'll have the peace and serenity of the beach where you can hear the waves crashing from your front porch.

My friends and I are planning another trip to Coconut Castle and I realized I had not left a review of our first trip. To say we were pleased with our first stay here would be an understatement! The layout, the location, the amenities, and the management are all best in class. The layout was excellent. Plenty of space for group socializing, and some tucked away spots for more privacy. The house is a short walk to the beautiful beach, but why walk when you can zip around in the golf cart!! It's close to plenty of restaurants, and ask the manager how to schedule a private bonfire on the beach! (The bonfire was a highlight for us.) Get on their calendar now!

Paradise! Beautiful home. Location is perfect. Short walk to the beach and to Stinkys Fish Camp. Having a private pool is the best! We can’t wait to return! The beach access is also handicap accessible which was helpful!

Very comfortable house perfect for our group of 4 families. House is walking distance to the beach or you can take the golf cart too. Many amenities like a heated pool, grill, TVs everywhere, ice-machine, and wine bar. Highly recommended!

Coconut Castle was honestly amazing. It was very nice inside, the location is right next to the beach, and the pool really brings it together. I went with a big group and never felt crowded. The place was very clean and made for a great trip!

We had a great time and truly enjoyed the property. Ray was great and addressed any and all questions and concerns expeditiously.
Our group of 6 stayed at Coconut Castle in September. Everything about the stay was perfection! The location was perfectly situated from the various airports in the region ( about 30 minutes from all), it was also conveniently located from a variety of restaurants and picturesque spots. The pool was well used - large enough for our entire group to enjoy at the same time and plenty of seating around to enjoy lounging - both in and out of the sun. We have stayed at a ton of rental homes and this place knocked it out of the park on amenities, cleanliness and responsiveness from the host. If you are questioning where to stay in the area - you should really choose this place!
