Sea Splash

This home is spacious and has a very relaxed feel. We had 16 people, more than enough room and if you had 30, the home would definitely accommodate that many- although if it's not family members people have to improvise and make do with sleeping arrangements - we were all family, so it worked for us. For our family the location was perfect. We didn't want to be right on the beach so walking 3 blocks to get to the beach was perfect. There's enough room for 8 regular size vehicles and probably 6 spots for oversized vehicles- anymore than that you would have to find parking some place else which is not going to be much of an option. Now if you're going to rent this home -here are some things I would suggest - bring "extra" kitchen towels (there were only 2 that we found), a couple of extra rolls of toilet tissues per bathroom, if you use a lot of paper towels, bring probably 4/5 rolls of those, extra trash bags for the kitchen, bathing soap per bathroom, your own hair care products, purchase some dishwashing tablets for the dishwasher, and we purchased a small bottle of dishwashing liquid as well for the kitchen sink, and washing detergent. Depending on how long you stay and if you change sheets (we didn't, we were only there 5 nights), I didn't see any extra sheets but they have a nice washer and dryer for washing the towels, hand towels and wash cloths that are provided. Bring all your condiments that you would normally use i.e salt and pepper, etc. They do have a griddle which would have been nice to know prior to us bringing ours but that worked out as well. They also have an ice machine which is wonderful. Would I recommend the home? Absolutely. Adam who is the go to person was such a blessing to work with. He was there for any issue we could have had, which we only had one and that was the cable went out - a Cox problem not the homeowners issue. Cox finally got it fixed after 2.5 days but no biggie for the adults but it was for the little people ☺️. Ellen who helped us book the house was fabulous and was such a great help. I would probably give the house a 5 overall even though there are some things that really should be provide IMO by the homeowner when renting the home. Enjoy your stay, it's a great home for a family gathering that's for sure.

Perfect house for large group of people!! House was very clean and property managers even reached out to us to see if we needed anything. Pool was clean and had an awesome outside hanging area. Just a few minutes walk to the beach!! Highly recommend!!

This house had everything we needed. Multiple coffee makers, refrigerator, & a ice maker. Bunk rooms and games for the kids. Bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. Pool area was great for the days we could not go to the beach. Easy walk to the beach.

We rented Sea Splash for Spring Break 2023. The house was perfect for a large group of adults, and the accommodations were awesome. There is a short walk, about two blocks, to the nearest beach. Plenty of beds for everyone to sleep, plenty of bathrooms, and the outdoor pool area was great. It was nice to have the two refrigerators and the ice machine. If you are planning on cooking for large groups, you might want to bring you own larger pots. I brought a large gumbo pot, and a cast iron pot to make larger meals, but we are from South Louisiana and that's the way we roll! There was enough cooking supplies to do the rest. The only suggestion I have is there was not enough wine glasses.

This was a great escape for relaxation and family fun.

We had 28 people that ranged from 2 yrs old to 70 yrs old. The Space was perfect for us! The walk to the beach was a straight shot and was not to much for any of us. We worked with Ellen and she was absolutely amazing! She answered every question we had and made me feel comfortable with the house we chose! We will definitely be renting from them again. The house was clean and all the tvs worked which was great because we had a few raining days. I can’t say enough great things about the property!

We had 18 people and everyone had plenty of room. Third floor king room had no ceiling fan and it being at the top was a little warm for sleeping at night. ( We used a box fan from WalMart). All appliances worked great. 2 refrigerators and an ice machine was great for our large group! BRING command strip hooks (bathrooms have no way to hang up towels!!!) The walk to the beach was easy. We did rent a golf cart and it was great to scoot around in. We all recommend this property! Thank you 850 vacations for another great stay!!!!

This home was great. Plenty of space for everyone. We had 18 and were very comfortable. The house is well maintained and plenty of parking. We had 3 SUVs, 1 truck, a midsize, And a 6 seater golf cart. First time Vrbo users need to know to bring TP,, foil, plastic wrap, ziplock bags,laundry detergent, dishwasher soap, trash bags and paper towels. I knew this brought mine from home this is just a FYI for newbies. With our family 2 side by side refrigerators and an ice maker we’re a blessing! Very easy walk to the beach. Thank you Sea Splash for making our 50th ANNIVERSARY with our family a huge success! Cons: 1. The oven and cooktop work but the temperature fluctuates. I am used to the glass top and electric but there is something wrong with calibration or something. 2. On arrival our 10 year old grandson was disappointed the Pac-Man machine didn’t work 10 minutes later he was in the pool with his cousins and never mentioned it THIS WAS A GREAT PLACE TO STAY AND WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT!

We had a large group of 28 and we throughly enjoyed our stay! The property was clean, the bed were comfy and communication with the property manager was excellent.

The location of the property was wonderful - walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. It was very clean, and the property manager had great communication with us. We had more than enough room for the 13 of us.

Wonderful house! Everything was clean and very well taken care of! The layout of the house worked perfect! Working with 850 rentals was so easy! We ended up adding a pet to our trip last minute with no issues. We also got our pool heated which was nice! They were very responsive every time we needed a thing! 10/10 recommend! We are hoping to be back to sea splash soon! Great location!

Great property for multiple families. Kids on third floor. Adults on first two. Glad we heated the pool

The house was perfect for our big group of thirty people. We had a great time. The sound barrier from one floor to the next was great. The big dining table was big, but had a bow in the middle that could be fixed. They were short in towels in the kitchen and had no hot pads, but they brought us the some more towels and one hot pad when we asked and were very quick to bring us some. Overall a great experience. Only thing was not enough things in the kitchen for a big group like us.

Our family enjoyed our stay in the beautiful home. The property manager was very friendly and responsive to questions.

Such a great company to rent from. They make it soo easy. All you have to do is enjoy. We dealt with Ellen and she was fabulous!! The house is great. They have everything you need for cooking for a big crew. The house is so spacious. The third floor is a game room and the kids LOVED it. The house is so well built that you can’t hear people walking on the floors above you. I recommend you get the pool heated. We had a very merry Christmas!

Staying here made our Christmas even more special! The pool was heated and the kids LOVED it. This house had everything you can possibly need. Very comfortable and clean. 850 Vacations and Ellen were fabulous to deal with.

We loved our stay at this property and everything was great. Kitchen does need hot pad holders but nothing major we just used dish towels. I would highly recommend this property it is beautiful and very clean.

As soon as we walked in, it smelled so clean. Everyone enjoyed their stay as well as their own bathrooms! We had one issue with the drain in one of the rooms but someone came out to fix it as soon as a contacted management. Great property! We would definitely stay again!

There was plenty of room for our family, ages 79 to 18 months. Everything was provided that we needed. Kids loved pool and it was close enough to walk to the beach.

We had a great vacation here and the house was perfect for our needs. It was very clean and the management company answered our questions quickly. The pool and backyard space was well kept and we thoroughly enjoyed our time time here!!! We will definitely book this home again.

Beach house was absolutely gorgeous. We had 4 families with 10 adults and 9 children. It was a great fit. Plenty of room, beds were good. Our kids loved the swimming pool. The house could use another washer/dryer. We kept the one set going all the time. Basically the house itself was very clean and beautiful. It is a pretty good walk to the beach with no sidewalks so that is not handy with children. You also have access to the public beach which was slammed with people. This was our first experience with public beach and it was not a positive experience . The house needs a 6 person golf cart to make getting to the beach easier with kids. I noticed many come with the gold cart so that might be something that can be added to make this much better. All in all we loved the property and no problems with booking, check in etc.

It's a really nice house with lots of room. Everybody had their own personal space and we all enjoyed the common living area for when we wanted to be together. The pool was nice after a day at the beach to cool off before heading in for dinner and more socializing. It was stocked with pretty much everything we needed. We had a problem with the grill not working and Ellen & Sean had a new one to us early the next day.

The house was actually clean. Many times we have paid an enormous cleaning fee and the house was half cleaned. The beds were comfy, and there was plenty of space for 14 adults and 3 kids. The communication from the management company was great. Ellen told me she would call the day of check in to be sure I had everything and she did in addition to the email. The home is close to the beach but the there is no side walk that takes you there so you are in the road. For the price, this was by far the best value available.
