This has been such a wonderful blessing for our group that comes every year. This house is in such great shape and the pool is amazing. Great fun every year.

Everything was great !! Location is perfect with beach access very close. The property management was extremely responsive - even changing out the dishwasher while we were there - along with showing up immediately when we had an issue with pool heater.

We loved Utopia house. It was large enough to accommodate the 17 people in our family very easily. The private back yard with heated pool and hot tub was a big hit on some of the chillier days. Was a short walk to beach, and the golf cart was nice to hop on to go to stores. Had a few minor problems; s and Adam, the maintenance person, was great and kept in touch with us. Ellen was great to work with and responded quickly to any questions or needs we had. Overall, a great house that we would be happy to stay at again.

The place was great for our annual women’s week! The place was very clean and smelled clean when we arrived! The pool was fabulous and the rental company was responsive to any needs with their maintenance staff. By far the best! Only suggestion is to move the 3rd floor fridge to the kitchen to put at the end of the counter for beverages!

This was one of the best places in 25 years we have stayed. We come to the Beach every year There is always things that can and will go wrong but the maintenance crew was top notch and best ever. They were available and responded almost immediately for anything we needed. Also very professional and personable. I agree with a few other reviews in that the house could use a few more pots, some measuring spoons and measuring cups but we made it all work. Will definitely go back. Also Ellen with 850vacations was easy to work with in making the reservation and answering any questions I had. Special thanks to Daniel,Adam and Tyler.

We had a great time! We went with my large family. Everyone enjoyed the house, pool and the close distance to the beach. Daniel took good care of anything that we needed, he went above and beyond! We will definitely rent from them again.

The house was PERFECT for our family (16 of us). We LOVED our stay! It would be nice to have at least 1 bedroom upstairs with a set of bunk beds & a queen bed so parents could be closer to young children. Pool & hot tub were great & also not too far from the beach. Dan (Maintenance man) was great. Would definitely like to have a railing on the pool steps as several of us struggled getting out of the pool. We hope to be back in 2025!

The house was PERFECT for our family! We LOVED the pool & hot tub but would like a hand rail near the steps. Only a short walk to the beautiful beach. We all loved our stay & would highly recommend Utopia to any group coming to the area!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Overall, our stay at Utopia was wonderful. The home was spacious and modern with a great pool & barbecue area. The close proximity to the beach was also great. We would definitely return for another stay! We had a few very minor hiccups and both were addressed right away: -- Golf Cart would not start on the day we checked-in, but it was fixed that same night. -- Propane tank ran out on our last day, but it was replaced a couple of hours later My only feedback is that the kitchen should have better pots & pans and in more different sizes. 

The house was in a perfect location. Just a very short walk to the beach. We had 22 people and felt like we all had plenty of space. It was great having every bedroom with their own full bathroom. The large pool and hot tub was a hit with the kids and got lots of use. The only down fall of the house was the kitchen. No garbage disposal (which is kind of yucky with that much meal prep), the ice machine at the island was not working and it could be better stocked with pots and pans. All in all a beautiful place and everyone had a great time!!

Utopia has a great setup and the location was ideal for our family of 28. We were able to walk to the beach easily and had access to other great places on the strip. I would definitely recommend the house to a big family. We have a large family and it accommodated our family nicely. It is definitely a newer place which is very nice but some areas throughout the house was not the cleanest (woodwork, shower bars) but it never stopped us from having a wonderful time at Utopia. I would highly recommend the place.

Location to the beach access is great ,5 minute walk! Getting around is easy using golf carts or vehicles but it seems theres easier and more available parking for carts.850 vacations were very responsive to our requests and the home was just as advertised.Pool was great and cleaned twice while we were there.Check in and out ,very simple.We would definitely return!

Was a beautiful home, hug and great for large families. Only thing that we didn’t like was the appliances where not high quality (toaster, coffee pot). But the house is clean and the pool os huge!

We had a wonderful time at Utopia!! Lots of room, dining tables for 12 ppl!! House is 5 houses to the beach access!! Ellen & Koy are very responsive to any and all questions/request. We will definitely be going back to Utopia!!

House looking good, new landscaping looks wonderful. Koy was quick to respond to our questions. New public beach access was wonderful, beach area was not crowded and the house is soooo close to the beach!

The house & bedrooms were big and spacious for our group of multiple families - adults, teens, kids, and babies. The Pool and Hot Tub was great and used everyday!

This VRBO exceeded our expectations. Ellen was so patient with me through the booking process and our maintenance man, Koy, was so kind during our stay and answered our every need! We loved being so close to the beach and surrounding restaurants. Such a GREAT spot!!!

Our large family of 20 had a wonderful time, very spacious and great access to the beach. Everyone loved the pool and looked forward to the hot tub every evening. The house was equipped with everything that we needed, great for making big family meals and just hanging out. We definitely enjoyed our time there!!

Everything was out standing, we had a small issue, however Koy the maintenance person came right away and took care of it. We will rent her again.

The Utopia house is in a great location, easy to walk to beach and great to take the golf cart to grocery stores or shopping. We had 8 couples and it is so nice to have a house for each couple to have their own bathroom. The back yard pool area is big and we enjoyed hanging out there at night. We had a few issues, but as soon as I contacted the maintenance guy Koy, he was prompt to answer and showed up to see what needed to be fixed. I have booked with Ellen the past couple of years and she is fabulous on helping to pick a house to fit our needs.

24 family members in one house made for an interesting week, but memories were definitely made! The house was perfect for our large group. Enough space where you didn't feel on top of each other. We cooked 4 nights at the house and had everything needed to prepare big meals. Location is perfect for people to come and go to the beach as needed. Thanks so much for sharing your house with us!

We enjoyed our stay. Second year we have stayed in this house. It had a lot more wear on it the second time. Kitchen floor was buckled. But it is a great location!

We loved the location to the beach. The pool area and kitchen/living area was a family favorite. Ellen and Koy got back to us quickly anytime we texted them. Our family was very satisfied and would definitely stay at Utopia again.

We had a great week with our family, enjoying each other's company plus enjoying the amenities of the Utopia House. The house was very spacious and comfortable for our whole family. Plenty of beds and room to spread out, nice kitchen and bonus to have two large tables to have meals. Everyone enjoyed the backyard pool and hot tub also. We had a "FANTASTIC" week with our family and maybe will rent Utopia again next year for our family vacation.

We have a large family, 12, and Utopia was perfect for us! Even when we needed maintenance assistance, they were extremely responsive! The house is bright and open making for a very cheery atmosphere! It’s an easy, short walk up the street to the beach. Highly recommend this rental!

House is on a dead end street, which is great for small children. Little traffic on the street. We had a group of over 25 that stayed at the house and still had plenty of space. It was clean. I sent a message, after hours, and someone responded quickly. Remote was replaced the next day. Will definitely choose to rent again from the company.

The property was as advertised. Very clean, spacious, and perfect for what our group needed. The pool and hot tub were clear of debris and water was clear. I would recommend this property to others.

Overall, the property was in good shape. WIFI was very reliable given the # of guests on it. Check in / out was very streamlined and easy. Pool was also in good shape and was very clean given the weather that moved thru the last 24 hours.

The property was great. My family had a wonderful vacation at the Utopia. Location perfect... close to beach, shopping and family activities. Golf cart was a big plus. Less walking for family members with health issues.

I really don't have much to say about property. It was as good as advertised and truly a vacation home that is walking distance to the beach. 5 stars

Nothing to say, it is all in the description. Beach access was great. Destin beach is crowded nowadays. We had the area to ourselves due to the private access. Date of arrival - October 1, 2021

This was the first big family trip we have had in along time. We had always stayed in hotels or resorts, but I wanted to see if we could stay as a family in a house setting. This trip was a big success. All the children were able to wake up and play in the pool and hot tub. Then when the adults were done shopping at the multiple outlets a block or two away, we were able to take the kids to the beach in the golf cart across the street. Everything was very close and could be mostly reached by the golf cart on side streets. The only issues found was the upkeep of the back yard and the outlets did not work on the gazebo. There was pine straw that was laying out around the yard but it was not placed. The areas around the gazebo needed to be cut and pines straw laid. I really wished the outlets on the gazebo work because we were trying to watch a move outside in the pool and hot tube for the kids but could not find another good location to hang the back drop as people had to go in and out of the house door. All in all, this extended 8 family trip was a success and we are looking to make this house our yearly rental unless more extended family is wanting to come.

This was an amazing extended family vacation. We had 8 families within our extended family and everyone enjoyed themselves. The kids loved waking up to the pool, hot tub and the easy access to the ocean. Most of the shopping centers were only about a block or two away for the adults and when the adults finished shopping, they were able to take the kids to the beach on the golf cart. The only issue found was the back yard around the gazebo need attention. There was pine straw laying out but not placed. In addition to the outlets on the gazebo did not work. We were trying to watch a movie in the pool and hot tub but the other good place we could find was the gazebo because people had to go in and out of the back door. All adults and kids had an amazing time and love this vacation. We are looking to make this our yearly vacation unless more extended family comes, making us need more space. This home has everything. The house itself is large and well appointed. Outdoor space with outdoor kitchen, pergola and gorgeous pool provided my family with countless hours of fun. The best part is the location! Really just a 2 minute walk to a private beach with gorgeous white sand and crystal clear water. There was nothing lacking in this rental. My whole family couldn’t say enough. Everyone wants to come back!!

We have a yearly girls trip with about 14-16 girls and this house was perfect! It was very roomy, the pool and hot tub was amazing! The golf cart was helpful but the walk to the beach was not bad at all! The house needs a updated coffee maker and Keurig but would definitely stay here again!

Our Bunco group goes to the beach each year. We pay monthly to play bunco and instead of receiving gifts for most buncos, most wins, and most loses, the money pays to rent a beach house. The 8 of us had a wonderful time!! We shop, get some sun, and go out to eat each night as a group. We liked having the pool and having two tables in the dining area.

This house was amazing! So much room. Excellent pool and hot tub. The management company and maintenance were easy to get in contact with and extremely helpful and quick to respond to our questions and concerns. The only thing missing was some larger pots and pans for our large group. The ones that were there are in pretty rough state (kind of expected for a rental) and were not large enough for our big group. We were able to make due. We also ran out of toilet paper in some of the bathrooms and there weren't any extra rolls in the house. Overall, I'd definitely recommend this house. Everyone had a great time and there's plenty of room for a huge group!

We loved the property and the service provided. A few items to mention was the pots and pans were not fun to use because every thing stuck to them & they weren't big enough for large families. We just made due with them. The only other issue we had was that there wasn't any extra toilet paper provided. Everything else was spectacular!! I'd highly recommend this rental property.

Had a great stay. Will definitely recommend You guys to all my friends for future vacation stays. Thanks for making sure we had a wonderful stay.
