The team at 850 Vacation Rentals is amazing!! They were so flexible and were easy to work with. The house was AMAZINGGGG! It was so close to a beautiful private beach along with everything fun in Destin. We loved hanging out by the heated pool (we were there in February) and enjoyed relaxing on the rooftop deck. We had 20 girls in the house for the bachelorette and it was perfect. We had plenty of space and bedrooms. Thank you for a wonderful experience, if I ever need a rental house in the area again, I will definitely be back!

This house will not disappoint. The house is better than the pictures. The location is so amazing. Across the street from a beautiful beach. Within minutes of so many attractions and restaurants. With small children, the proximity to the beach and family activities was key to a fantastic vacation. The pool and spa were a big hit with all. The house was clean and ready when we arrived. We called to have the grill and spa serviced. Daniel replied immediately and fixed all our concerns. Thank you Daniel!! Would definitely rent this home again when vacationing in the Destin area.

4 Families rented for a week during Fall Break and we couldn’t have been happier with our selection of the Admirals Palace. It had everything we needed, plenty of space for the kids and adults to hang out! The big hot tub was a hit with all! Everyone loved having a bathroom connected to the bedrooms. The private beach access was perfect as well, just a short walk and we loved how it was not crowded! Thank you for a great week, we all look forward to coming back and renting again from 850 Vacation rentals. Super easy to work with and very responsive.

All 21 members of our family spent a week together at Admiral’s Palace. Each adult couple had their own bed and bathroom. There was a super cute pirate room for the 5 boys and another bed and bath for the 6 girls. The beach was really close. The kids and adults enjoyed the pool and hot tub. There was plenty of room for meals, games and tv watching.

My family spent a glorious 7 days at Admiral’s Palace. The house was perfect for us. The proximity to the beach was perfect. There was room to cook, eat, play and rest together.

Beautiful house, loved your kitchen. The proximity to beach was good. We enjoyed the patio and pool area. We were down there every night. Since there was 15 of us there were not enough chairs. But managed. Bedrooms were all great. Enjoyed our stay throughly.

Perfect place to stay. Had plenty of room, close to everything, and the company was very accommodating. Everything you could possibly want in a vacation. Owners knew what they were doing when they built this house.

Our group of 11 found this property to be gorgeous, welcoming, and comfortable. We especially enjoyed the pool, hot tub, deck, pool table area, wraparound balcony, roof lounge, and the views. After alerting Christina to a few minor issues, those were immediately addressed. The only blip - the bushes near the pool lacked adequate pest control. The private beach access was only a short walk away. One of us left a laptop behind. Christina has been super helpful in locating and returning it. Glad to recommend this property and 850 Vacations.

Property was built for vacation crews. Bedrooms all have their own bath, lots of towels, fabulous pool and hot tub. We loved the large table, it was perfect for games.

We enjoyed our stay at admirals palace. We were a group of 14 kids and adults and it was the perfect amount of space for us. It’s a great location and close to many attractions. The home is well kept and is well presented as listed in the photos. We did have an issue with the pool heater not working properly for most of our stay, however, the staff was very prompt and responsive in attempting to correct the issue. I’d have no hesitation in returning to this property or renting from this company in the future!

The house was absolutely incredible for a large group. We fit 16 people very comfortably and every room has a bathroom. The pool is enormous and so is the hot tub. The rooftop was perfect for sunsets. It is right across from the beach and right down the street from great restaurants, bars and shopping! Definitely would recommend this place =)

We stayed here January 2023 and the place was fantastic! Beautiful house, clean, and well stocked. Great location as well. My only complaint is the hot tub did not work properly while we were there. The water was warm, but the jets did not come on. I would still give this a 5 star rating because besides a couple of things that needed to be fixed, it was well worth the stay!!

Stayed at Admirals Palace in January of ‘23 with 15 people. The house was everything the pictures showed. There is beds for 13 people unless people sleep together. 2 big couches big enough for sleeping and 1 pull out couch. Kitchen had enough utensils and pans for everyone. House was stocked with enough toiletries to get you started for first few days. Would recommend to anybody staying in Destin with a big group. Will definitely be back.

Our group of 20 had an awesome getaway for a family vacation. The house was big enough and had plenty of space for us to hang out. The pool/hot tub area was a big hit for everyone. Daniel, the maintenance guy, did a great job of helping and communicating with us throughout our time at the house.

WE had a wonderful time making family memories. The house is beautiful!! We cooked our Thanksgiving dinner for 20 at the house, and everything we needed was there. Daniel answered our only request for an air mattress within minutes. Thank You! The pool and hot tub were great as well. my family used them day and night. If I had a complaint, it would be that it could have been a little more deeply cleaned. we would defiantly stay at Admirals palace again.. Thank You

This house was perfect for a girls weekend! The pool was fabulous, and it was just a short walk to the beach, which was absolutely beautiful. Slept 14 people with plenty of room to spare. There’s plenty of bars and restaurants around, but we ended up staying at the house the whole time because we didn’t want to leave! 100% recommend!

Wow. Just wow. We had 17 people from all over to celebrate my husband’s birthday. Every bedroom was plenty big for couples and the adults sharing the bunk bed rooms! The roof top had an incredible view! I do wish there were lights up there! We couldn’t find them. However, we took advantage of the beautiful stars! Even with all the people, you can still find a quiet nook for your coffee and a book! The pictures do not do justice! The kitchen and living room is huge and plenty of space to entertain, cook, eat! The pool area was my favorite! We were only there for a weekend and didn’t even make it to the beach because we were so content with the area! We had shade, we had sun, we had a grill, we had the fridge, we had pool floats and more! Im not sure the “hot tub” was working. It didn’t heat up at all but we still swam at night! The bathroom downstairs was perfect! I can’t say enough about this house! This is the place to stay!!!!!!

The house was spectacular. Virtually each guest/couple had their own bedrooms and private bathrooms. The rooftop deck was definitely our favorite feature of the house, with the hot tub and wrap around porches coming in close second and third favorites. Every room felt bigger than what the pictures made it seem like online. We took full advantage of the outdoor patio wet bar and grill sitting right beside the pool and hot tub. Magnolia Dr is a perfect location for staying in Destin, within 10 minutes driving of nearly all the best Destin attractions. With beach access this house is almost unbeatable. My wife and I got married in Destin and had our reception of 40 people with everyone fitting comfortably and having a good time on the first floor enclosed area. There was plenty of space for the girls to get ready and the guys got ready in Navigators Nest across the street where our family was staying. Highly recommend and I cannot wait to hopefully come back some day! This house did not disappoint one bit.

Admirals Palace was breath taking , this beautiful beach house had everything you can think of . My family were so impressed in the house they are ready to book for next year . It had an elevator for bringing up luggage or helps out a lot with the elderly who can’t go up and down the stairs which is very helpful. Every room has their own bathroom which is such a plus . The pool was beautiful, we did not want to leave. Picking this beautiful beach house you will not regret.

A week with babies, adolescents, college kids and their parents can be fraught with problems, but not if you are staying at the Admirals Palace in Destin Fl. Everything went as planned and everyone had a great time. There was ample room and great accommodations. Just like the website illustrated. No surprises! Of course their are little unexpected glitches, managing the needs and wishes of 20 people, but the staff at 850 homes were super helpful. Like our electronic pass to open the beach gate did not work and the next day new passes were delivered. I/we would come back in the future

House was beautiful, beds were comfortable, home was clean, pool and hot tub was amazing and Danny with Maintenace was always there for us. Only needed to call on one simple thing and he answered right away. This was our second time staying with 850 and will do it again every time. Thank you all!

Admirals Palace is perfectly located. We loved having our own little piece of beach just a little walk away. Bathrooms for every room was amazing. It is decorated with a fun beachy charm that makes you feel right at home as soon as you is walk in the door. The huge hot tub was big hit. We had so many fun evenings in there all together. We absolutely loved this house and its surroundings. Daniel, the maintenance/information man, was so great. We never really needed him for anything as the house was in tip top shape. But I imagine this was all due to his hard work. He checked in with us often just to make sure we were good and when I couldn't get a hold of the 850 host, he took care of us.

We all enjoyed our stay here so much! The house is spectacular!

We hosted my 30th birthday party here. We had 20 adults, mostly couples. There was a bed for everyone and tons of room! We loved the pool area, but had some issues with the hot tub on our last day. If you are planning a trip during the winter months I highly recommend heating the pool.

Place was great!

We so enjoyed our stay at the home in celebration of my daughter's 35th Birthday. There was more than enough room for our party of 12. The only things we would suggest are getting better cookware and possibly putting a fireplace somewhere...(smile). Other than that we had the most wonderful time and would definitely come back and rent this home again in the future. It was fabulous and the pictures did it no justice.

We had a great long weekend stay at Admirals Palace. Our large extended family stayed here while we hosted our small wedding and reception in the 1st floor space. The house and location is absolutely beautiful and the rooftop view was absolutely gorgeous. The property management was responsive and helpful. We made a lot of beautiful memories here. This is a great house for large families and smaller events!

Admirals Palace was a beautiful home! My family and I enjoyed ever minute we were at this house! From the rooftop deck all the way down to the magnificent pool & hot tub! We loved the wide open main floor plan. My Mom was thankful for the elevator which came in handy for moving luggage and groceries. Ellen from 850 Vacation Rentals was a pleasure to work with. She answered all of my questions in a timely manner and set us up with the most memorable vacation my family and I have ever been on. We will definitely use 850 Vacation Rentals again!

Very beautiful house with the best views possible and all the amenities like the private beach, dock slip and the house elevator. The fireworks we viewed from the large roof deck were amazing. Very thoughtful maintenance company called and made sure everything was going great and even called to make sure we remembered to bring in the trash cans.

The house and pool was everything we hoped for. We had such a good time together. The beach was close and the view from the top deck was amazing!

We loved staying in the Admiral Palace for our 50th Anniversary‼️ We had 13 adults and 16 teenagers --down to a 4 year old Every one LOVED it ! We could play games, prepare food, swim, visit, watch sports, play pool,…….well , just anything . What a dream come true ‼️ Everything was in working order and the pool man-maintenance guy was so great also. The beach is SO close and the view from the top deck-breathtaking Such a wonderful-memory filled week‼️

We had a large group (21 people) ranging in age from 7 months to 61 years old. With 10 kiddos, the bunk rooms were a favorite. Each bed is large and the decor (pirate themed) was a huge hit. Although the beach was a short golf ride away, we spent more time than we thought we would at the very nice pool this home had to offer. The outdoor kitchen provided shade for lunches while watching the kids play in the pool. The jacuzzi is almost as large as the pool and provided some relaxing nights. The home was well equipped with beach chairs and toys. If you are considering this home and hate hauling all of the beach goodies with you, then leave them at home. The only down side was the home had one residential refrigerator. There is a mini fridge in the outdoor kitchen and two wine fridges on two different levels of the home. With this size group, fitting all the groceries in one fridge was a challenge. Another fridge on the ground floor (Garage) would be a nice and inexpensive upgrade. The roof top deck is MASSIVE! We spent several nights hanging out up there listening to the waves and watching fireworks. I would not plan on having a late dinner up there as the lighting is not the best. You will enjoy every room having access to the wrap around porches. On each level there are multiple places to hang out, sit down and relax privately or with a group. We have never stayed on this end of Destin. Typically we stay near Sandestin or Miramar. We were pleasantly surprised. We rented multiple golf carts and although the neighborhood is a bit secluded from amenities you would enjoy on scenic 98 or 30A, we found multiple restaurants, coffee shops and an ice cream parlor just up the road from the house.

The house was so spacious for all the people that went. The pool and the pool table were very nifty for the kids to stay busy! This is a great place for a family vacation!!

This is a great place for a Senior Trip. I am so thankful for this stay. The students had a great time that they wish they wouldn't have had to leave. The house felt so clean and welcoming that we felt we were at home. I had no problem communicating and getting answers about my questions. The host was very patient and nice every time I had a question.

We stayed here with our 4 adult children and their spouses plus 6 grandkids ages 5-1.5 yes old. The house was very accommodating. The manager super responsive! We had couple of things that needed attention and it was resolved instantly! Thank you:) We loved that each couple had their own king size bed with plenty of room for play pan for the youngest ones. Older kids enjoyed bunk beds. Seconds away walk to gorgeous, white sand beach. Plenty of beach chairs, beach toys, boogie boards and even a little wagon. Wrapped around porches were fantastic for the kids to run around even on a rainy day and adults to enjoy morning coffee. The pool with whirlpool was fabulous and relaxing. Having outdoor kitchen with overhang was very helpful around the pool. Rooftop was great! We had private Chef to do birthday dinner at sunset and the view was breathtaking! Overall great stay!

Pictures do this property justice. First one I stayed at where I was happier with it in person. We had a large group and this was the perfect set up for us. We were able to hang out together or retreat to a room for privacy. Everyone was impressed.

This house is perfect. I stayed here with a group of 15 for my sisters bachelorette and everyone was blown away. The pictures don’t even do it justice. All of the rooms are gorgeous and the outside area is perfect. We hung out in the big kitchen, the pool area and roof and could have not have been happier. If you are going to Destin, you NEED to stay here. I would come back to Destin just for this house!!

Admirals Palace is awesome! We went over spring break with 10 adults and 5 kids and had plenty of space for everyone! The house was beautiful, clean, and well stocked with everything you could need. Ellen was great to work with on the booking and a few questions before we arrived and Dan was there at check in to answer any questions and available via text. Both made the trip that much better. My family rents houses several times a year and this was the best by far! We will definitely look to come back and stay again. My only complaint is that I wish I could give 7 stars instead of 5!!

This house has it all and can truly accommodate a crowd over 20 people if needed! The outdoor pool area is like a resort. The swimming pool size hot tub was probably the best part. Be sure to bring outdoor games to play on the top deck as the view is unbelievable

Beautiful House with plenty of room for the kids and grandkids! We paid extra to heat the pool in February but it was well worth it! The pool heater worked great and the water was warm! The grandkids had the time of their lives!

House, pool and pool bar area are awesome - plenty of room for 3 families with adult kids plus the grandparents. It was so nice to have 5 king suites to choose from where everyone felt happy with their accommodations! It was great!

House was great! We had a fantastic week. Dishwasher was broken upon our arrival but Daniel the house manager was on it immediately and by the next day we had a new one installed. The heated pool/hot tub were beautiful and an amazing addition to the trip!! If looking for a house in Destin, we would highly recommend staying here!

Admirals Palace was just the place a group of 14 (7 couples) was looking for! It had every amenity we needed. The house is just breathtaking. We loved all of the attention to details it had. Amazing house for our family! Beautiful pool. Every room equally large with private bathroom. This was great for 5 adult couples! The wrap around porch on every floor made stepping out to the balcony amazing in the morning. We loved everything about this house and will definitely be back. A couple of my friends and their dads drove to the beach for a weekend of fun and the house did not disappoint. With a great outdoor patio/grill around the pool, it is uniquely set up to where you don’t even mind not going to the beach.

We had high expectations and our experience exceeded them. Huge house (we had 17 stay comfortably) with wrap- around balconies and beautiful rooftop views. The pool area and kitchen were great for socializing. Private beach across the street was beautiful and not crowded at all. Management was professional and responsive throughout our booking and stay. We're so happy we chose this house,5 stars!

The pictures say it all. Incredible house, amazing views, so much space, about 100 yards from a beautiful private beach. If you have a large group trip planned, you can't go wrong with this place. Our trip was amazing! The house, location, proximity to beach, and pool area and the best! We travel to Florida twice a year and stay in different homes, and this is the nicest we have ever stayed in! Ellen is excellent with communicating and Daniel checked on us multiple times! We had an excellent time during our week long stay at Admirals Place. Unfortunately, with the COVID19 pandemic, all the public beaches were officially closed but we had private access. We still had a wonderful time relaxing by the pool and hot tub. The house was immaculate and with our party of 12, we had plenty of room to enjoy this home away from home. The location is perfect and convenient to a lot of activities which would have been open under normal circumstances. A special thanks to Ellen and Daniel for addressing everything we needed!

This house is amazing!! No detail left unnoticed. The maintenance, and pool guys were amazing. Had a couple little things that needed taking care of, and they were on top of it! We had a wonderful time, and hope to come back soon.

We are a family of 19. Plenty of room for everyone to mix and mingle or have your own space if needed. Laundry on two levels was very nice. Each Master Suite was very comfortable with comfortable beds and private bathrooms. Also loved the well stocked beautiful kitchen. Even though there is an elevator, you will get a lot of steps in! Would stay here again!

Everything was exactly as shown in pictures on web site. The house was beautiful ,close to Gulf as well as the views on any floor. We had 14 adults and one toddler. Plenty of room inside and out to be together as group or have an individual place for yourself. The property manager responded quickly with a few minor issues that he made us aware of, they were fixed in short order. He was most helpful in getting us oriented and how items worked.

Fabulous home & area for a large group! 5/5 Stayed Mar 2018 Jenny M. We had several families here for a week & truly loved every minute! It’s spacious, clean, and uniquely decorated! The white sand beach is great but the pool and hot tub are the nicest around. We hardly left the property! We had 21 people and a few slept on couches. You would be pretty crowded with 28 people. Highly recommend the Admirals Palace!

I don't even know if I can explain how amazing this home is but I'll try. When you pull up to this place it is just magnificent!!! Once you step inside you're taken to a vacation experience that I didn't know existed here in Destin. We've been coming for over 15 years and never have we even seen a place close to the detail this has. This is a vacation EXPERIENCE not just another cookie cutter beach house. The kids almost died when they saw their pirate bunk room and they played in there so often and loved it. The house is just stunning. Every corner so well thought out. The wraparound decks get you views of the entire city, the bay, the harbor, the east pass and the gulf. Nothing else can come close to comparing the views. The fireworks from the decks or the rooftop deck were just such a fun time for all without having to go get in the crowd at the Harborwalk. The pool, as well as it is pictured, is just MASSIVE! We had all 25 of us in and around it with room to spare and just had a blast out there! The beach was barely over a minute walk, extremely private and as gorgeous as Destin has ever been! The best property and property managers we have ever been to or used. We will be back to this home year after year!
