Anchors Aweigh

This home was just as advertised. It accommodated our group of four families. The house was clean and had everything you need for a beach house. The pool and spa were very nice. The home is very well appointed and the views from the rooftop are amazing. The beach is about a 3 minute walk from the house. Not a big deal at all. The only trouble we had was locating the private beach access the first day and, on the last day, a couple of outlets and the microwave stopped working. We figured out the beach access with no issues. These were minor issues and didn’t disrupt our stay. I would recommend this home.

We recently stayed at this beautiful vacation home, and overall, it was a wonderful experience. The location is stunning, with breathtaking views and well-maintained grounds that made our stay very enjoyable. The interior of the house was tastefully decorated and very comfortable. We appreciated the attention to detail in the furnishings and the cozy ambiance. It felt like a perfect getaway spot. However, we did encounter a few issues during our stay. There were some electrical problems that caused occasional outages, which was a bit inconvenient. Despite these issues, the management was responsive and attempted to address our concerns promptly. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would recommend this home.

Beautiful property with all the amenities imaginable! We were minutes away from beach, shopping restaurants and endless activities. Will definitely be back next year !!

When we arrived at our originally-booked location, we found that we were double-booked. I went online to VRBO to see what was nearby that could handle our large group of 22 people and came across Anchor's Aweigh which was about 10 minutes away. The property host, Ellen with 850Vacations was able to get us into the house at 4 pm the following day for the week that we had planned to be in PCB. She was extremely friendly, compassionate, and helpful. Simply stated, the house is beautiful and immaculate and looked as if no one had ever stayed there. AA is beautifully decorated all in white with blue accents. Walking through the house, it is so welcoming, bright, and happy and all of us finally exhaled. The house boasts a huge chef's kitchen with professional refrigerator/freezer, microwave, stove, and double-dishwashers, ice machines on the 1st, 2nd, and 4th floors; 6 beautiful king suites, and two BRs with 2 sets of bunks. There are living/sitting rooms on all floors, and a beautiful pool/hot tub & outdoor cooking area. All questions we had were immediately handled by the staff. Well-stocked kitchen, ice machines on each floor, soundproof rooms, wonderful beds/linens, great location, and all of the great spaces made this place almost too good to be true. Not once did any of us feel crowded with that many people there. I can't say enough wonderful things about this property and it's the only place I want to stay when I come to Florida's Emerald Coast again.

This house is absolutely beautiful with an amazing top floor view. The pool and hot tub is amazing. The outdoor kitchen and covered patio is great for outdoor grilling and meals. The open floor plan makes cooking and being able to talk with everyone so easy. It is a very short walk to the beach entrance. We have stayed at a lot of places along 30A for 25 years and this was by far the BEST!!! Ellen makes booking so easy, and Brian is there to help you with anything that is needed during your stay. Do not pass this gem up!!!!
