This incredible luxury home is located in the exclusive, gated Gulf-front neighborhood of Destiny by the Sea. This home was just renovated inside and out. Enjoy the private pool at this home with a top of the line pool heater available by request. This private enclave is conveniently located near an abundance of upscale shopping and dining along Highway 98 and Old Highway 98, such as Destin Commons.
The buff toned travertine tile floors, which carry throughout all of the homes common areas, is punctuated here by a mosaic inset. Two bedrooms on the first level (A Queen Suite and a Queen over Queen Bunk Bedroom) each have their own bath. The first floor laundry room features ample counter and storage space and shares access with one of the baths, perfect for cleaning up from the beach or pool. At the foot of the stairs a cozy sitting area is a wonderful common space for guests to relax in that features a Queen Sofabed. A residential elevator services all three floors of this home.
On the second floor is another of the King master suites as well as an open great room with living, dining and kitchen spaces. The kitchen is enveloped by a Kitchen island that easily accommodates 9 seats and features white marbled quartz countertops, stainless steel professional grade appliances and hand painted subway tile backsplash. White wood-paneled cabinets accented by dental and crown molding tie into the wood mantle which surrounds the range alcove, provide extra storage.
On the third floor the other 2 king master suites are serviced by an additional laundry room and breakfast kitchen with sink, microwave and mini-fridge. The Gulf-facing master suite 1 features a spacious sleeping chamber and sitting room. The Gulf-facing master suite 2 features a spacious sleeping chamber, sitting room with fireplace and high ceiling as well as a wrap-around covered porch. Cove ceilings with soft up-lighting hidden behind stacked crown molding create a warm ambiance and further define the spaces. A decadent master bath is revealed by a set of double doors.
Destiny by the Sea community features a 24hr security guard and gated privacy access. This community has one of the largest stretches of private beach there is on the Emerald Coast! You won't be stuck behind rows of chairs in this wonderful waterfront setting. It also features a community pool (heated seasonally), hot tub and clubhouse.

I stayed here right before the busy summer season with 7 adults & 1 child and it was such an awesome stay! The beds are super comfy, the layout of the house is close to perfection (specifically the stairs being off to the side with a child in the house), it was clean & felt fresh and airy! A little further from the beach than previous houses I've stayed in in this neighborhood but truly, that isn't enough to not stay in Coastal Castle again!! One of my few criticisms is that we didn't have prior knowledge to the trick of locking the storm doors in so they flew open on us one night lol. However, after emailing the host at 2:30 am Ellen called me by 10am and the maintenance was there no later than noon to show us how to lock the doors in place! So problem solved! The only other thing I would love to see improved are the dining chairs. We placed towels over them while staying but that would definitely be a detail I would like to see attended to. A little Grandma's Secret Spot Remover from Walmart would keep those chairs clean. Other than those FEW critiques, this house was awesome! The help was awesome! The peaceful neighborhood was awesome! Another highlight was the convenience. The washer/dryer, fridge, microwave, kitchenette areas on the 1st & 3rd floor would bring me back to this house in a flash! Ellen was a great help, obviously loves her job & helping the guests!! And even helped me with scheduling an extra night & late checkout! Overall, I would suggest this home to anyone wanting a nice stay close to the beach!!
