Ft. of exceptional living space, beach view balconies and a spacious privatized 6ft fenced in backyard with a 30x15 heated pool and 8x5 cascading waterfall hot tub! Enough parking for 6 cars which is not an easy find when it comes to beachside living!
You're only a short walk from several dining options and just a mile from Destin Commons, Baytowne Wharf, SanDestin, Bowling, Nightlife, Shopping, Movies and more! Enjoy pristine sand bars, perfectly manicured sand.
Coastal Charmer features 6 king master suites with private en-suite baths and 2 amazing bunk rooms with a queen in each and private en-suite baths as well. Relax in one of two living rooms with fully equipped kitchens, ice makers and mini fridge's throughout. The palm tree lined salt water heated pool is one of the largest pools in Miramar Beach and outdoor seating that are perfect for dining under the stars or can be used as a backdrop for a beautiful family photos. There is plenty of luxurious seating and lounge chairs out back for everyone in your group along with high speed Wi-Fi, free games and movies, smart TV's, Netflix, Hulu and more available for your enjoyment!
As you enter the front door, you will be mesmerized by the one of a kind features including custom designed/built furniture. Granite and Marble counter tops and porcelain oversized tiles throughout the kitchen and every bathroom. Enjoy watching movies on the 4k smart tv in both living rooms or one of the additional 9 smart TV's throughout the home. A grand gourmet kitchen and dining room will accommodate your entire family and friends. There are 2 king master suites on the first floor for your convenience.
After a day of playing at the beach, you can head out through the French doors to relax and swim in the oversized heated salt water pool featuring fiber optic lighting with various colour modes and a cascading waterfall hot tub.

We couldn't have been happier with our experience with 850 Vacations! The house was perfect! Clean, huge, stocked with everything and anything you would need. We didn't have any blow dryers and Daniel delivered 5 brand new ones immediately. Anything we needed was not questioned and brought right to us. We had Daniel change the spa time (when it went on and off) several times...never a bother. The bedrooms are HUGE, bathrooms amazing, pool amazing. My husband and I are world travelers and I have to say, one of the best homes we've rented. Don't think twice, book. Also Miramar is gorgeous, so much to do. Restaurants And shops everywhere. Beach 2 blocks away. Thanks 850!

The house was perfect for our large group. Everything was ready when we got there and Adam made the check in process smooth and painless. Plenty of space for everyone and a great location. Silver Sands Outlet is just down the road as well as Destin Commons, Grand Blvd and Baytowne. I highly recommend this house for your next rip to Destin.

We had family reunion of 16 people. The house was absolutely perfect. There is so much room never seemed like 16 people were there. The 2 refrigerators were great. The maintenance guy was absolutely great. Would highly recommend this place. The golf cart was a great add on for transporting people to the beach!!!!

This home is definitely a 5 star home, the house is immaculate, very spacious and most importantly very clean and comfortable. 850 Vacation rentals was extremely responsive to any messages or requests from us. We will definitely be back next year.

The family loved the pool and the distance was to the beach was great. Also enjoyed the golf cart for hauling beach supplies and kids :)

Wow! We absolutely loved our stay here. There is so much room in the place. The kitchen and main area is spacious with two fridges/freezers. The pool and hot tub were enjoyed by all of us. Every room has a private bathroom. And it's a quick walk (or golf cart ride) to the beach, right near Pompano Joes! Great setup!
