This incredible 10 Bedroom Coastal Luxury Home is perched high on a one of a kind beach bluff and looks expansively over the sugar white sands and emerald waters of 30a. This home was designed with open air entertaining in mind! It is a wonderful place for a Family Reunion or Wedding celebration with enough private parking. You can also bring your boats, jet skis, bikes, trailers, doggies and more!
A brand new beach with parking, wheelchair ramp and restrooms is now available just a few steps at the end of the street! This home includes a golf cart to make getting around 30a much more fun! Gulf Place is an easy mile down 30a and offers fantastic fresh seafood, bbq, nightlife, arts and entertainment or stay home and experience a panoramic gulf view sunset. No detail has been spared in this home to ensure you enjoy the finest in coastal living. Located a few doors down from world famous Stinky's Seafood Restaurant and the large Dune Allen public beach access that is ADA accessible, and has parking, restrooms, and lifeguards during peak season.
Also located less than 5 minutes away from Silver Sands Outlet Mall, Sandestin Resort with Baytowne Wharf or Santa Rosa Golf and Beach Club where you'll find additional dining, art districts, and great shopping.
If the beach isn't your thing then relax and revitalize your senses in the private courtyard plaza and pool area. This can be heated during cooler months and measures 30x15 encased in an a grand courtyard area with a 5 burner natural gas grill and outdoor kitchen, custom built Cabana and plenty of luxury seating for everyone! You can even smell and feel the fresh and warm gulf breezes from here! There is plenty of room for the whole family to gather thanks to the designer outdoor seating, expanded decks, tables and dining areas in the courtyard plaza.
On the first floor of the home, you walk into one of 4 living rooms with flat screen tv and granite topped kitchenette. There is one of the 6 King Suites with Flat screen TV's and private bathroom. The 2nd Suite offers a custom built-in Queen over Queen Bunk bed arrangement with 2 Flat screen Tv's. A 3rd bedroom on this level offers a Queen size bed and another bunk with Twin over Queen. Outside in the hallway, there is a convenient full bathroom and full sized laundry area.
On the second floor, you'll enjoy unparalleled panoramic gulf views from the wraparound deck and screened-in porch. In the middle of all this is an incredible gourmet chefs kitchen featuring granite counter tops, all high end stainless steel appliances, including refrigerator with ice maker, wine cooler, microwave, 2 dishwashers, gas oven and a luxury gas range. There is seating for 6 at the bar for a quick bite or seat 14 around the grand dining table overlooking the waters. If you're in the mood to lie back and watch a movie, enjoy plenty of comfortable seating in the living area surrounding your 60" HD Tv! Off of the living area there is a another King Suite and a full bathroom.
Walking up to the third floor you'll find another living area equipped with plenty of beach views and comfortable seating, another fully equipped granite kitchenette that opens up to another private balcony overlooking the Gulf! A few steps further and you enter another incredible King Suite with a private balcony overlooking the gulf, large HD TV and the perfect en-suite, complete with a standalone deep tub and a separate custom shower. There is also a second Gulf View King Suite with adjacent bathroom and private balcony. The third floor balconies are a perfect place for watching the sunset and enjoying the warm breezes coming in from the Gulf of Mexico.
The Carriage house is located on the other side of the pool and courtyard. Upstairs you will find the 4th living area complete with sofa sleeper, large HD TV and another full sized, fully equipped kitchen. There are two bedrooms, one with a King bed and another with a custom built triple stacked twin XL bunk bed. Both bedrooms offer TV's and they share an oversized bathroom in the hallway along with the 2nd Laundry Room and a private wraparound deck to take in the incredible views! Below are another King Suite with bathroom and a custom Queen bunk room with bathroom.

Rented this place first (rented along with Endless Summer) but we added more family and friends to our trip there in the 30a area. This place did not disappoint our group, has all the elements for family gatherings and separate moments. Really cool having a separate coach house for extra family and friends, pool and decking area great for having a pool party or event. Place has everything will keep you busy visiting each area of this unit. I’m quite sure this unit sells out fast so get it when you can this one goes fast….will rent again, also 850vacations Ellen and Brian were excellent…

What a stunning home!! The decor and furniture are so welcoming and comfortable we didn't want to leave. The beach is extremely close and there a couple restaurants in the area if you don't want to cook! My family and I will be back this fall to enjoy the space again everyone is so excited!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a beach house in Destin, Florida, and it exceeded all expectations. From the moment we arrived, until the time we left - everything about our stay was absolutely PERFECT!!! The property is GORGEOUS, perfect for large family vacations or intimate getaway to a private paradise! All living areas were beautifully decorated & very well maintained -- CLEAN!!! The house is located within a short walking distance to the beach, although having access to a golf cart (THANK YOU!) made carrying everything for an 'ALL DAY Beach Day' much easier! The balcony areas were wonderful to watch sunsets & sunrises -- extremely safe for smaller kids but also very romantic for the adults! I would highly highly recommend staying at this house & cannot wait to go back in the very near future! :)

This place is absolutely gorgeous. Has plenty of space for friends , family , or other occasions. It is also very close to the beach. We had a great time with friends hanging out watching football or going to the beach and jumping in the ocean . I promise you will love this place if you book it . Also, the views from the top rooms are beautiful!

This place was perfect for our big family vacation! It’s a beautiful home with lots of space to accommodate everyone. The separate house was very nice to have with having multiple families. The houses were great but my favorite part was the pool area! The perfect set up for hanging out at the pool in the evening or laying out in the sun. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to rent in the area. It does go fast though so get it while you can!

We rented the commanders Palace for a week long stay with 35 family and friends. The home had plenty of space to support the group our size. Many of the rooms are multi sleep so as long as you have people willing to share a room this place is great for large groups. Parking was a little issue so make sure you have no more than 10 cars. Location was awesome and beach is walking distance. Our contact Ray during our stay was awesome- we had an issue with the grill and gas stove, this was identified late evening but he still responded and was there the next day to correct. Ray service alone would motivate me to book this place again

The houses were laid out to offer lots of options for kids, families, teens. There were 29 of us and we were not crowded . Tasteful decorations. Easy walk to the beach and a fun local restaurant. Renting the golf cart was great for carrying beach stuff. Also, we were able to arrange for a bonfire on the beach one night. The only drawback is the kitchen range. It still works but not well. All in all I would highly recommend this listing for location and space and the really helpful local management!

This house was soo beautiful and way nicer than what we expected. The beds were super comfy and there was tons of space everywhere. We did our wedding reception in the back and it was PERFECT. I highly recommend staying here. The only complaint I have is that the trash cans were all half full when we got into the house so we weren't able to fit everything. But the maintenance crew was very quick at responding and very helpful with all of our questions! We want to book another stay here!!

The property contact person was very responsive,, and this whole property was perfect for our family reunion. Two of our cousins already own houses in Santa Rosa Beach, so we only had to have 17 people staying in this rental. So, with 6 bedrooms in the main house, and 4 bedrooms in the carriage house - we had plenty of room to spread out. The pool was awesome! We paid to have it heated, and we're so glad that we did. It was so wonderful and relaxing to swim in. Plus, this house is sooo very close to the beach, that it's a just very short walk (past 4 maybe 5 houses) to the public beach access. The house also comes with a beach chairs -*AND*- a golf cart, which my sister (who has nerve damage in her foot) used to get to the beach. Most of our group preferred to walk to the beach every day, because it's just so close. And - It's an absolutely beautiful beach - best in the world, IMHO. The sand is incredible - very white, clean, and soft as powder. Everything about this place is great, and we would not hesitate to rent this property again.

Pools a little small for a house that size but was fun to have for the kids. Great layout, nice kitchen. Could use a few more trash cans around. We stayed at Commanders Place for a family vacation. The property is beautiful! There was more than enough space to accommodate everyone in our group and the decor was stunning! The property was spotless and the location is close walk the the beach and some great restaurants. It was great to have access to the golf cart, as well. All the amenities that you can think of are coveted. It was a great experience for everyone.

This is our second year at Commanders Palace. There were some disappointing things the first year and we needed another bedroom this year, so this house wasn’t even on our radar. But, with new management, multiple upgrades and 2 new bedrooms we thought we would give it a try. It was great!!!! The new bedrooms were done really well and the changes to the house made the flow better and the living spaces more efficient.... which is important with a big crowd! We had to call about a couple little things and they were taken care of immediately. We love the area. It is convenient to the beach and the shops but tucked away enough that it wasn’t too crowded on the beach or with the kids riding bikes. Hoping to go back!

This house is perfect for a big family vacation. Had plenty of room for all of us and the amenities were great! The beds were comfortable and the house was very clean. We loved that the beach was very close! I will be renting next yearly for our family vacation.
