It is centrally located right off 30A nestled in between Gulf Place and Grayton in the beautiful Blue Mountain Beach. The extra large backyard patio with an integrated private pool and hot tub provides everyone a private oasis to relax and take in the Florida sun and Gulf breezes. Guests will also be delighted by the ease of access to dining, shopping, and entertainment that Gulf Place has to offer, as well as uncrowded public beach access, all just a short walk from the home. Hang out at the pool or enjoy the panoramic Gulf view Decks throughout the home or enjoy a ride down 30a in our complimentary 6 seater Golf Cart. This house is absolutely beautiful, just as described. Our family of 13 had more than enough space to accommodate everyone's needs. Our golf cart had an issue when we arrived but was quickly fixed the same day. It is close to the beach and right next to many restaurants and shops. We loved it here!

Really nice home. it was perfect for our party of 20. Having a bathroom in every room was amazing. No more waiting around for the bathroom. Lots of room for everyone to spread out. The beach was really nice and shallow in this area so the kids (age 1-17) really enjoyed it. Lots of little fish to see while snorkeling. Ray was amazing and answered all our questions quickly. Will definitely be back.

As a boss I love to wow my employees and give them a little more than they expect. With that being said, this place exceeded our expectations and was great! I will be using this home again for other trips if it’s available.

The location was great. The rental was perfect for our family and provided the convenience of amenities to enjoy both the beach and a pool. The golf cart was very convenient. We enjoyed the space and are likely to book again in the future.

Our family from Tennessee loved this house. 25+ people including kids and had plenty of room. Incredible pool and outdoor grilling area. 8 to 10 minute walk to the beach. We had a golf cart to make things even easier
This is a great home, the pool and hot tub were top notch, the house was very accommodating, our party of 10 had plenty of room and all the beds were extremely comfortable, if there were 1 thing I think would be to their advantage to improve is the TV service, there is no cable so unless you have a smart phone to stream then you would just have to watch the programs that are there! Overall I give this a 5 star and I would definitely stay there again!
