Endless Summer

This is a beautiful home that had plenty of space for our 23 member family 7 night vacation. You can tell the home is fairly new with a very modern look. We had few minor issues during our stay but those were quickly addressed by the team with minimal disruption to our vacation. The pool in the back yard was very well maintained and received a lot of use during our stay due to having 4 babies in our party. This pool was slightly larger than what we've seen with other homes rented in the area so plenty of room for us to cool off. When traveling with a larger party coming from different area's parking is is important to us, This home had plenty of parking between the garage and the driveway that we really never had to move cars around. If you are traveling with a large group this is the house for you and I highly recommend. I noticed the home had a for sale sign in the front yard the home is a little out of my budget or I would purchase. Please note the Dune allen Beach Access is right at the bottom of the street so you can walk or take a golf cart but know that a lot of that beach area is private with only a small Public section so if you want a beach day go down early to claim you a spot before it's full.

The house was beautiful, comfortable, and well equipped. Shorter walk to the beach than it looks in the picture. Pool was perfect. All had a wonderful time. Definitely a return trip. If not this one, another one with 850 Rentals!

From May 4th through May 11th, my Marine brothers, their plus ones, and I had the pleasure of staying at the Endless Summer Rental property, and it was nothing short of spectacular. The property itself was amazing, offering ample space which comfortably accommodated our group. The decision to pay extra for the heated pool in early May proved to be a wise one, as it added an extra layer of relaxation and enjoyment to our time there. The kitchen was fully equipped, which made meal preparation. This feature was particularly appreciated by all of us, as it added to the comfort level of our stay. A standout aspect was the customer service provided by the property management company, 850vacations. Their responsiveness and helpfulness were impeccable. A special shoutout goes to both Ellen and Bryan. Bryan, a service representative from 850vacations, swiftly came to our rescue within an hour after we notified him about a utensil that got stuck in the garbage disposal. His prompt and efficient service was impressive and very much appreciated. Easy access to the beach and there are quite a few beach chairs available in the garage. The Endless Summer Rental not only met but exceeded our expectations. It provided a perfect setting for a reunion of friend,, filled with comfort and great amenities. Everyone in our group loved their time there, and we would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a seamless and enjoyable vacation experience.

Rented this place for an extended family getaway and the place did not disappoint. This place has all the needs for any family that’s looking for bedrooms for couples- 10 of the 12 bedrooms are designed for couples which was great for our family. Elevator access for access to the top floor where the entertainment room with balcony, pool table and wet bar was a great plus as we were able to get our elder members upstairs to enjoy our fun. This place will sellout quickly once the secret is out. 850 vacations Ellen and Brian were excellent, handled all of needs (which were minimal) at the touch of a text. Great job, highly recommended for a great stay in 30a…will rent again

Would definitely recommend 850 Vacation Rentals. We were the first tenants for this 3-story, 12-bedroom beach house. Great location, extra parking down the street, and comfortable/beautiful accommodations. Had to work out a few kinks since we were the first but all-in-all it was a great time in a clean, safe, and fashionable location. Location was close to beach and town activities. Many of my 25 guests walked daily. Need to work on ice maker and heating pool and a few minor cosmetic items. (I work with Architects and Interior Designers and they notice everything.) The realtor was working on the repair issues, we just couldn't stay long enough for repairs to be complete. Queen bunks were great for 4 grown men but note one of the bunk rooms only had 2 beds. All in all, I would definitely recommend this place or another by this realtor for any family, friends, or business colleagues looking for accommodations for a large group.
