Koko Palms

House was great! Clean, well equipped and very large and accommodating. Easy check in and out! Super easy to communicate with. We loved our stay and would recommend and would stay again! Thank you

Beautiful and relaxing Destin home. We fit 8 adults and 4 kids comfortably. We did not pay extra to heat the pool but it wasn’t needed. The pool was the perfect temperature as is. The screened in porch was nice. Adults could relax outside while the kids were swimming. We also enjoyed the basketball court and pool table. Golf cart was really nice for evening drives and rides to the beach. They also had a few beach chairs, sand toys and inflatables for the pool. We enjoyed our stay here and we do would it again.

We had a wonderful stay. This was our second year in a row to Destin, but our first time in Koko Palms. We loved having the Carriage House for the older kids to have some privacy. Layout of the house was great and kitchen was well stocked. Private beach access was fantastic, public beach was super crowded and it made the beach days much more enjoyable. The location was great and the golf cart was also a great addition to take for dinner or quick trips for drop off to the beach. Only a couple of things I would mention for improvement: the pool area could use an upgrade. Furniture was a little worn as was the pool itself. The AC in the main house could definitely not keep up on hot July days. It was near 80 in the house by midday each day and we were diligent to keep the doors closed, lights off, shades down and the fans running. All in all, fantastic home and made our trip and some wonderful memories.

We would highly recommend this rental. Everything was clean and the kitchen was well stocked. We enjoyed the private pool and game room every night. Just 2 blocks to the private beach and lots of places close for dinner and shopping. We loved having the 2 full size ice makers for coolers. 

Great house with great amenities. Quick golf cart rides to a ton of great spots along the beach and has everything your looking for to spend quality time at the house. Backyard pool with an accompanying billiards room was the highlight for me!

We recently rented Koko Palms in Destin for a bachelorette trip and the house is absolutely beautiful! 850 Rentals was great to work with for all of our needs during the stay. The location is great and close to dining, shopping, and only a short drive to the boardwalk and Crab Island. We would definitely visit again.

The house was beautiful, clean, and had everything we needed. Management was easy to contact for any issues and very quick to respond. The location is great with quick access to the beach, shopping, and restaurants.

Our family loved the place! We had a couple hiccups, but the maintenance was responsive and hooked us up. We loved the open Floorplan and the back porch was a family favorite. The AC in the main house was definitely lacking, with most days never getting below 72°. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend to others.

Very nice home. Probably the best stocked kitchen I've seen Management was quick in addressing some little issues we had. Wish there had been a place to park golf cart at private beach entrance. The back porch was very nice just to sit and enjoy a cup of coffee. Definitely recommend

House was nice and clean, easy trip to the beach. The ocean and sand was beautiful everyone had a great time

This house was perfect for our trip! Super clean, awesome location, guest house was perfect! House is beautiful and the walk to the beach takes a few minutes. House had everything we needed! Kids loved the pool that we had heated up for our arrival. Golf cart was an added bonus! We will definitely rent this house again! Loved it!!

The property is in a great location! Easy walking distance from the beach. We really enjoyed our time!
