Amazing property for my friends bachelorette party! Such a close walk to the beach and they golf cart is great too! The communication was absolutely excellent the entire process and they were totally on call for our whole stay and quickly answered all of my questions. The pool was awesome, the place was spotless, and they had lots of things including a wagon, and beach toys and floaties. Would absolutely stay here again!

Amazing place to stay for my friends bachelorette party! The house was clean, cute, and had everything we needed for our stay. We loved the pool and having the golf cart. The beach was super close walk. The communication was also excellent from the hosts!

The Salty Maria was the perfect location for our family vacation. The house was clean and modern. We loved the pool and the private access to the private beach. We loved the spacious living room for our gatherings with the family. We loved using the fire pit to gather at night and have a place to unwind and talk about the great memories we made that day. The whole staff at 850 vacations made our experience just wonderful. Daniel our maintenance/information man was just so helpful and full of information. We forgot to heat the pool and we called him and he came right over and turned it on. We had a problem with the complimentary golf cart breaking down and he had a new one for us in less then an hr. Daniel also gave us some helpful tips on where to go and explore! He was great!! Our overall enjoyment of staying at the Salty Maria could have not been any better and I would give it more stars if I could! Thank you so much for helping us make so many great memories!

The quaint home was a wonderful destination for my my family of 4. The proximity from the beach with amenities were 5/5!

We absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE this house… great floor plan for multiple families to have their own space. Private beach access was an unexpected but significant benefit during peak season… we never had to worry about getting a front row spot on the beach, even at 2pm. The large private pool was also a treat for the kids after the beach. Can’t wait to come back to this house.

What a wonderful place to stay! Great location, spacious, clean and well equipped home that has private beach access and is located close to many good restaurants. Being able to have the family swim in the pool after a day at the beach was a great way to end the days. The openness of the living area (kitchen, living room and dinning room) also made for a more enjoyable vacation. TVs in almost every room with strong wifi. We would definitely love to stay here again!

What a great week at Salty Maria. We requested the pool be heated as well as an early check in and Daniel was quick to make this happen for us. We arrived to a clean, organized and stocked beach house. The home has a great lay out which the kids loved. Awesome window/bar that looks out to the pool. Makes it easy to pass things through or kill the air and leave it open on nice days. There are loads of things to do nearby and great restaurants within walking distance. Beach access was a breeze and quiet for the gulf. We will come back again.

This house was perfect for our family. There was plenty of room for us to spread out and the pool was such a nice added bonus! Also, since a lot of other areas were super croweded due to spring break, having access to a private beach was a huge plus!

Loved the house and the location could not have been better. Any questions or problems that arose the staff was very quick to respond and solved any issues even though they were minor. Definitely would recommend the Salty Maria and 850 Vacation great company to deal with. I was very impressed.

This house worked out perfect for us! We wanted a nice, relaxing trip for a bachelorette trip, and this place was great. There was a bed fur everyone and the common area had tons of area/space for everyone to hang out. The private beach access was great! It was a small walk, but worth it since it was not near as crowded as the public access. There are plenty of restaurants and shopping right around the corner. Great location and house. We loved our weekend here!

The property was very clean! Very cute and comfortable for a big group. Easy beach access and close to the Publix as well. Walking distance to food and shops. The pool was an added bonus! Definitely recommend this property, we will be back as well!

House/property was just as described. The living area is large and great for spending time with family. Food options are 5-10 mins away by foot and 1-3 mins by included golf cart. Golf cart is a 6 seater. Beach access with a shower is 2 mins away by golf cart and private access beach 5 mins by foot (can’t take the golf cart). Plenty of towels available for the entire family. We would stay here again.

Spacious and clean. Great for large extended family or two families with variety of ages. Great pool and yard. Two living areas was a plus. Having private beach access was awesome. Location was incredible. It felt private but was walking distance to excellent restaurants and shopping. Check in and out were very easy and staff was immediately available for questions. Will definitely stay again.

Our groups loved this house! Everything was perfect and exceeded expectations. The communication was excellent. Loved having the two different wings of the house for added privacy. The common spaces are well designed and very comfortable. Definitely would stay here again!

What an amazing experience! The house was perfect for three families. Location location location perfectly describes this house, close to the beach and close to restaurants. The opening window to the pool was a bonus absolutely loved the fresh air and ease for snacks and talking inside and out. The pool hands down was one of the best we have had! And the property manager was amazing!! Will definitely be back!

We so enjoyed our stay at the Salty Maria! The house is beautifully decorated, so accommodating and clean. We thoroughly enjoyed the salt water pool, outdoor shower and fire pit. The location of this home offers so much. The beautiful private white sandy beach is a short walk away. The nearby restaurants are fantastic and everyone is so friendly. To have a golf cart available was amazing. We would definitively come back to the Salty Maria that is located in a gem of an area.

We spent a week at the Salty Maria in October and were so pleased with the accommodations. First of all, the location is very convenient (within walking distance) to shopping, restaurants, and the private beach. The home was just as described- it has 2 wings so at a minimum two families can easily share and enjoy their own privacy. The furniture and beds were comfortable, the pool was amazing, the kitchen had all the necessary cooking needs, and the atmosphere is inviting and bright. The golf cart and yard games were extra bonuses. And fortunately the weather was great, warm and sunny with no rain! This is our fourth trip to this house but it won’t be our last. It is an amazing house!
