Seaclusion

My husband and I booked this property for a long weekend in October with our adult children, spouses, and 5 month old daughter. We were thrilled that it is dog friendly and we could bring our two Labrador retrievers. The house has a lovely, partially shaded pool, plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas and other beach gear (plus a beach wagon to cart it all there). If you want to cook (we did) the kitchen is well stocked with all the equipment you might need to prepare your meals, and even has a second refrigerator on the deck over the pool, near the grill. The family room area has sufficient room and seating for the entire family (we were 6 adults plus an infant). House is close enough to the beach that walking there every day with the beach wagon was a breeze. And it’s located just off 30a within walking distance of great restaurants and, conveniently, across the street from Goatfeathers. Beds were comfortable, maintenance/information rep was available to help and answered text questions promptly. Super well maintained rental place that we would rent again in a heartbeat. We had a great time, courtesy of this terrific property!!

We absolutely loved staying at Seaclusion. It was a PERFECT location, the maintenance service was exceptional and we would recommend staying here for your 30A vacation!!

Response from manager was excellent when a storm left debris in the pool and one of the a/c s needed a blower motor. Our only complaint was the noise factor (not all the time - just sometimes) from the commercial business near the beach house. Otherwise, we had a lovely week with family. Fishing, paddle boarding, pool time, beach time, good nearby restaurants - so much to do and a golf cart to get there. Fun time.

The house was in a great location!! Easy access to the beach and the golf cart was such a great bonus to have with with house! The house was clean and organized! A few things do need to be fixed and updated in the home. Overall, Daniel reached out to check-in numerous times and when mentioning the issues, someone responded instantly or came out the next business day!!

Our family enjoyed this house for our annual beach vacation. We were 6 adults and 5 kids (ages 8, 5, 4, 1, and 3 months) and we fit just fine in the house. Perfect location to the beach, ice cream shop and walk / drive to restaurants in town. The management company was very helpful and reached out several times inquiring if we needed anything. This was our second year at the house.

This was the perfect location next to the beach. Plenty of space for our friends and family.

We came down as a 4 families. 8 adults and 4 kids. There was plenty of space for us all. The easy access to the beach and golf cart were an added bonus! You are right behind an ice cream/sandwich shop. And Goatfeathers offers all the fresh seafood. We enjoyed so much steamed shrimp! We had other family members staying across the street so that was so nice to be so close to them. The one bed located on the main floor in the single bunk room was uncomfortable. Suggest replacing the mattress if possible. Everything else was Great! We will definitely consider this home for any future stays in the area.

This house was perfect for our 2 families vacationing together. Perfect location - walk to beach, easy golf cart or bike ride to restaurants; and we very much enjoyed the pool. Any questions that arose were promptly answered. Thanks so much for having us in your beautiful home!

Absolutely cannot rave enough about the property management team. They were so accommodating and can’t thank them enough. The house and amenities are PERFECT! We had 15 girls stay and we had so much room. 1 min walk to beach. And the golf cart was extremely useful. Will hopefully be back!

Love coming back a second year to the home. It was a perfect beach vacation for our family and friends. Loved how the home had updates since our last visit with updated furniture and renovated bathroom. Always nice to have all the extras the home comes with will all the beach gear and margarita machine.

This house worked out perfectly for three families of 4. It is really convenient to the beach. The management company was great and provided us with everything we needed. We will definitely be back.

Beautiful home and great location, stayed there in June last year and returned this year in July. 850 Vacation took excellent care of all our needs with prompt response and great maintenance services. Plan to return same location in the future. Grandkids loved the pool!

Seaclusion was well laid out for our 3 generation family. The pool was big enough for all of us to enjoy, and the golf cart was a plus. Christina was very attentive to our needs! Would definitely recommend!!

Great property! Convenient to beach, restaurants and everything you need. Loved the golf cart & pool…..something to do for all adults & older kids.

Beautiful property with just steps to the beach. Fully stocked kitchen with everything we needed. We had a party of 12 and plenty of room for everyone. Close to restaurants and shopping. Outside of property needs a little TLC but overall a great place to stay. The golf cart was a bonus!

I would rent this house again

Location was awesome and loved having the golf cart access. We had 8 people with us and it was perfect. I will say, while it could have slept more people, I'm not sure the living/dining/kitchen area would have been comfortable with anymore adults than that. Beautiful house and property. It was great having the pool.

We have fallen in love with Santa Rosa Beach! The location is absolutely perfect for beach and town and even ice cream! The golf cart and heated pool are exceptional additions! This would absolutely be 5 star if the house got some refreshing on a few areas - but we would come here again either way!!!

The property is in an excellent location and so close to the beach. There were a few minor maintenance issues that were handled extremely quickly. Property management was top notch! The kitchen was well equipped for cooking all our meals. The pool area and all the beach and pool amenities were fantastic as well as the golf cart. We would definitely stay here again.

Had a week with our entire family of 10 which included 5 grandchildren ages 17-22. The house was perfect. Bunk room for the girls and bunk room for the boys. Plenty of space for everyone. The golf cart was a bonus and fun. The best part was walking distance to everything and our favorite restaurant Goatfeathers was across the street. Kitchen well stocked and beds super comfortable. The kids loved the heated pool as gulf water was chilly, temperatures Thanksgiving week were warm days and cool nights. Would definitely rent again. Management very responsive to very few problems. Thanks Christina for all your help!

Great place to stay with friends. Perfect location. Right by the beach. Heated pool was amazing!!! Love Santa Rosa Beach.

We loved our stay at this property. We were close to everything we needed. Walked a lot of places. The rental company was wonderful and easy to work with. The house was loaded with all kinds of essentials and beach items. Golf cart was a great addition. The pool was wonderful and very clean. We can't wait to come back.

Great location and everyone said the beds where comfortable. Kitchen needs attention as it isn't very functional and for a house that size with no pantry space was disappointing. Overall we enjoyed our stay

Loved our stay there! Property management was real easy to communicate with and the house had everything described plus more! The house had extra beach chairs, umbrella and toys as well as a margaritaville machine for cocktails. The back yard was amazing with its fenced in pool an addition to a fenced in lawn. Beautiful place to stay and close to the beach. Perfect for our large family. Highlights were definitely the pool where the grandkids spent HOURS swimming. Kitchen well stocked. NO complaints. A perfect getaway!

Great house and definitely as advertised. The location to the beach and dining, etc. were perfect for our group. The included golf cart is a wonderful perk that is a must for Santa Rosa. The property manager was in communication leading up to and throughout the stay. Very prompt, professional and receptive. For our first trip to Santa Rosa we could not have been more pleased with everything. The state parks nearby are beautiful and we really enjoyed exploring them when we weren’t soaking up the sun at the beach or the pool. Well done Seaclusion.

Beautiful house, close to beach, restaurants and shopping. Lots of room and the pool kept the kids busy. Would stay again.

Had a fun week! We traveled with our 4 year old and 6 month old grand babies. The pool was a hit! Golf cart was fun to have to/from the beach and to dinners. Only negative, and it has nothing to do with Seaclusion, is the beach is public and super narrow. Had to get down to the beach by 730 am to get a good spot for our beach rentals. Management is SUPER responsive when you need them. We didn’t have any issues, but they were great to check in with us.

Very good rental process and follow-up as dates for payment was required. House was as promised & great location close to the beach. The gold cart provided is a huge benefit as parking is very limited in most areas of 30-A. Perfect set up for 2 families with older kids. Two sets of stairs and masters on 3rd floor. Loved the pool and large yard of the pet friendly property.

A nice three-story property with a peek of the Gulf from the third floor. Great, well stocked kitchen! Minor issues with some items left from previous tenants around the pool area, but that could have been from storms that came through during check out / check in. Third floor tub had an issue, but the maintenance person was very quick and responsive. Overall a good experience!

This was our 3rd time staying at this property but first time under this ownership. We absolutely love the house and all the new updates made since our last stay here. The comfort and location of the home can not be beat. Looking forward to next time.

The property worked well in regards to location. Close to beach. It was nice to have heated pool since weather was not great everyday. It was great having a golf cart that we could take out to dinner. The area is nice and quiet compared to the other locations along Highway 30A. Everyone was very easy to work with in getting it setup and any issues we had.
