Perfectly located right off 30A this home features incredible decks to take in the warm gulf breezes and relax. Coastal Luxury furniture give a calm and peaceful atmosphere and is the perfect home for either 1 or 2 families to come and relax in style or a golf or fishing excursion!
There is a large 360 wraparound deck that gives peek-a-boo views of the Gulf of Mexico. Solstice faces the beach and is just a short stroll to the Gulfview Heights Beach Access. Centrally located to the best dining, unique boutique shopping, bike paths and some of the most challenging golf courses the gulf coast has to offer. Easy access to 30a and Hwy 98, allowing you to explore the nearby cities of Sandestin, Miramar Beach, Destin or Panama City Beach. 850 Vacations was wonderful to work with. Helped us book Solstice only 2 weeks before our vacation and the property manager was excellent with his communication. House was very clean, the pool was perfect, and the location was great. Short walk or golf cart ride to the beach. Bikes were great for exploring. We had 7 teenagers with us and they all had a great time. Would definitely book this house and book through 850 Vacations again!

The Solstice house was a dream come true. Plenty of space for multiple people, comfortable beds, beautiful bathrooms throughout the home and the house was very clean! The pool was nice to have and there were plenty of seating areas inside and outside of the home. The only recommendations I have is a sink to be put in downstairs and more drawers put in some of the rooms that don’t have storage for clothes. Laundry room was big and nice to have, plenty of towels and hangers as well as kitchen items. The location of this house is perfect. The beach is a block away, shopping is down the road and Watercolor is only a 15 min drive away. Daniel our maintenance man was a text or phone call away for any needs that we had. My son forgot his favorite lovie and we contacted Daniel and he ran over quickly to retrieve it and mailed it to us quickly. I would recommend Solstice in a heartbeat.

This house was beautiful, comfortable and well furnished! Great location within walking distance to beach access; the golf cart helped to transport everything quickly too! Enjoyed the pool and all the lounging space and large dining table. Daniel was great to work with as well! We will definitely be back!!

Great house - lots of room for family. Enjoyed the pool but was an easy walk to the beach. Almost all the bedrooms had bathroom’s connected which is great.

Great house for 15! Very clean and comfortable beds. 7 minute walk to the beach but loved having the golf cart and bikes. Pool was awesome along with plenty of spaces to lounge. Love the wrap around porch. Communication with Daniel was excellent and he responded very quick to our one and only request. Our only thought of a “nice to have” would be a way to cool the pool water down. It felt like a hot tub during the day. Would gladly pay to have cooler water. Other than that, no complaints. We all agreed that will be back.

This home was amazing! Great for large families or multiple families to gather and have plenty of room. The home was very clean and well maintained. Location was amazing. Close to beach and surrounded by beautiful trees. The property manager was easy to get a hold of and responded almost immediately if I had questions. Thank you for such a wonderful vacation. Hope to come back again soon.

Enjoyed our stay at Solstice. Lots of space for a big group. Convenient to beach and pool was welcoming after a day in the sun. Rooms were clean, kitchen well stocked and we enjoyed having meals on the upstairs patio. We will be back!

Solstice was a joy, perfect for us, as well as our daughter and two grandchildren. This is the first time that we have stayed this far west on Santa Rosa Beach and we enjoyed it very much, wanting to return to that area of 30A again soon. The beach home was well appointed and convenient to the beach and gift place, and the addition of bicycles and a golf cart was an added bonus. Daniel was our contact during our stay and was always quickly responsive to any slight concern or question we had, a real delight to work with. We anticipate returning at some point in the near future.

Solstice provided a beautiful 5 day family gathering for us: 2 grandparents, 3 couples and a bunch of grandkids. The place was lovely, and the heated pool a winter game-changer. We were the first renters after the addition of the downstairs, and everything was of excellent quality. The place is spacious and the children all played happily and safely. Beach access is a 5 minute walk, and faster in the golf cart. The wrap around veranda would be wonderful in the summer, but even in winter we were able to eat outdoors most days. And yes, there really are sleeping spaces (5 kings and 4 queens) for 18 people, not counting a pack-and-play also available. Lots of big TVs with Roku, and beach toys etc.

We really enjoyed staying at this location. The home was exactly as pictured, and was in great condition. The managers communicated well and were very responsive.

This house is exactly as posted. So much space for a big group staying there. Very clean and has everything you need for your trip away from home. Beds were comfortable, bathrooms are gorgeous and in most of the rooms. A sink downstairs would be convenient but didn’t make our stay bad at all. My son left his favorite lovie and I contacted Daniel their maintenance person and he ran over quickly and retrieved it and mailed it to us with no hesitation. He is the real mvp! I would recommend this house to anyone who wants an amazing house for their vacation.
